Db Major 7 - Research on Harmony - Variations 1

A small piano étude translated into color. The Db Major 7 major seventh chord — Db0, Db1, Db3, F4, A5, F6, F7 — appears here as blue-green toward black, red-violet toward violet, blue and red, the harmonic-chromatic translation of this chord. From Db0 to F7, the étude breathes across the full keyboard. Some accents — yellow-orange — appear as tensions outside the chord tones.
Played Animé — with animation and a sense of forward motion, mp — at a gentle, conversational volume. Dipping down to Db0 (black) before returning, the line traces a valley — an inward gesture. Arnaud wrote it in four, the pulse walks with a steady, even tread.
