Description

Nine notes with an intruder. Ab1 to C6, five octaves, the valley shape dipping to Ab1 before returning. Played Animé, mp, legato, in four — walking pulse, the phrase reaching into the deep bass and climbing back. A yellow-orange accent at A3 sits just a semitone above the root's octave — a non-chord tone, a warm tension that doesn't belong to the Ab major ninth.

The chord is dense in the lower-middle: Bb2, A3, Bb3, Eb4, G4, Bb4 — six notes packed within three octaves. Blue-black weights the bass at Ab1 and Ab2. Violet layers at Bb2 and Bb3, the ninth recurring. Red brightens toward white at C6, the third reaching the upper register. The yellow-orange accent glows among the chord tones, pulling the palette warmer than it naturally sits.

The only variation with a non-chord tension — that single warm intrusion among the blues and violets and reds of the major ninth, the yellow-orange a visitor in an otherwise complete chord.
