Eb Major - Research on Harmony - Variation 1

The root in four octaves. Eight notes dip into Eb1 — the deepest bass in the series, near-black — before climbing back through Eb3, Eb4, and Eb5, a valley contour in four, Animé, mp, legato. The fifth appears twice at Bb3 and Bb4 in quiet violet, and a yellow-orange accent at A4 warms the middle. G7 arrives at the very top, the third dissolved to silver at extreme altitude. The walking pulse replaces the opening waltz, the forward motion steadier.

Shadow claims a generous share — Eb1 weighing the painting toward darkness at the base. The midtones fill the center with overlapping blue-violet and muted violet where root and fifth interweave. Highlights are scarce, just a thin stroke of silver at the top where G7 barely registers. The yellow-orange accent glows as a small warm point against the prevailing cool.

The first Animé variation — the chord pulled deep into the bass, the root repeated until it becomes the dominant color.
