Description

This painting translates the B minor chord into visual form through chromesthetic mapping. The composition stacks the five voices of a choir from base to summit: bass in the dark ground below, tenor and alto in the yellow-green geometric planes at center, and the two soprano parts rising into the warm salmon-orange field above. The arch moves slowly upward — deliberate, measured, quiet.
Yellow-green and olive forms build the middle of the canvas in flat geometric planes, overlapping and stepping upward. The broader warm field holds them from above. A small red-brown accent marks the lower center. The palette stays within a narrow range — oranges, yellows, greens — and the transitions are smooth throughout.
